The portal is a secure, centralized digital platform designed to give Philips Capsule customers streamlined access to all critical software, documentation, and support resources across the Capsule product ecosystem. The portal unifies customer interactions into a single interface, simplifying how hospitals, biomedical engineers, and IT administrators with compliant, on demand access to Capsule’s FDA approved software, documentation, and support resources become a key enabler in Philips’ Connected Care ecosystem.
